Music Rights and Licensing:

When you make a purchase with Bonanza Fitness Music, you are buying legal, not pirated, music.  All publishers of the copyrighted music (there can be several on just one song), record companies, and artists  have given permission, and been paid fees and royalties.   However, as with all legal fitness music (or otherwise), an establishment, or an individual teaching out of an unlicensed establishment, must additionally obtain Public Performance Rights from ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC in the United States.  In Canada, the licensing agency to contact is SOCAN.  

Shipping:

We currently only ship to US addresses.

We use US Postal Service Priority Mail for all orders. This helps ensure you pay a low shipping cost, and receive your order in a timely manner. Priority Mail typically takes 2 - 3 days for delivery in the continental United States.

Shipping cost on all orders is $4.80. If you purchase 4 or more CDs (either of the same title, or various titles) your shipping is free.

Return Policy

If you receive a defective, or the wrong CD, please return it within 30 days along with a copy of your invoice and we will happily send you a new one.

If you are not happy with a CD, you may return it within 30 days, along with a copy of your invoice and a note describing your dissatisfaction, and we will credit your Bonanza account for the price of that CD less shipping and handling.
